Payment:
I accept Money Order, Personal Check, Paypal and Cash. Money orders will be verified on arrival and shipped once verified (within 2 business days). Personal Checks require up to a 10 day holding period to ensure funds are available.
Refunds:
I do not offer refunds for any shipping fees. Should a return be requested a store credit will be issued which will be available for any items, including custom orders that equal the total amount of the store credit. Store credit will be issued on reciept of the returned item in original condition and/or packaging.
Returns:
Returns are accepted in the following situations- I have sent the incorrect item and the item is in the original condition and/or packaging. Custom orders are returnable in the event that I have made the incorrect size or pattern that what is requested.
Shipping:
Shipping fees include shipping, handling, and packaging. I ship USPS First Class Mail. You may upgrade to Priority Mail for an additional fee. I do offer combined shipping on items purchased on the same day. I ship within 2 business days(Mon-Fri) of payment recieved. For custom orders I ship within 4 business days of payment recieved to give me time to fullfill the order. A notification will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.
